The Vessels are available in different materials, aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel epoxy painted, suitable for stationary installation in depots, refineries and mobile application how Refullers and Hydrant Dispensers.
Flow rates from 50 lpm for small refueling station like for helicopter up to higher flow rates of 500 mc / h.
The new “FW24” coalescent/separator filter is the novelty of FAUDI, thanks to its technology it guarantees a reduction in weight and dimensions up to 40% less than traditional separators, maintaining the same flow rate.
Ideal for installation on road tanker and mobile units on Skid.

FAUDI AVIATION is a leading company in the research and development of new technologies for the treatment of Aviation fuel, combining the filtration systems necessary for the elimination of water and dirt with sensors and electronic systems for controlling and preventing them.
The filter elements are available in the complete range, both in terms of type and size. The cartridges are divided into
– MICROFILTER element, exclusively for dirt and solids,
– MONITOR element, water and dirt absorbent,
– COALESCER and SEPARATOR elements, for water and dirt,
– CLAY elements, for eliminating the sulfating agents and additives in the fuel.
Rating of filtration, ranges from 1 Micron for AVIATION FUEL according to EI / API specifications, and to 5, 10, 25, 40 Micron for diesel, petrol and oils hydraulic, lubricants, hydrocarbons in general.
To ensure an always correct degree of filtration and quality of the filtered product, the cartridges must be replaced when exhausted.
In the case of SEPARATOR cartridges the model in Teflon are considered permanent and can be reused simply after thorough cleaning.
The FAUDI cartridges are certified according to the most restrictive standards for Aviation required by the JIG / EI, they can also be installed inside the filters of other manufacturers, in this case a “similarity certificate” and a new “Conversion Name Plate” will be provided to put on the filter.
There are no particular standards for DIESEL.
SENSORS AND CONTROL UNITS
In the Aviation market, FAUDI AVIATION GMBH has developed and certified a series of electronic equipment for fuel control, allowing remote monitoring and possible automatic shutdown of delivery in the event of exceeding the set limits:

Two versions are available, DPGUARD GOLD: with touch screen and DPGUARD SILVER without screen.

AFGUARD® acc. to EI 1598:
Sensor for detecting the amount of water in the fuel, range from 0 to 50 ppm, error tolerance +/- 3 ppm.
Allows you to continuously monitor the instant value and record it.
Alternative system to the use of Water Detector chemical tests, recognized by JIG and IATA.
SLUGGUARD® acc. to EI 1592:
Analog sensor for free water signaling (min. 5%). Check for excess water in the system.
DRAINGUARD® acc. to EI 1592:
Automatic drain water, keeps the sump always free of water by monitoring the quantity produced, preventing bacterial proliferation.
Proximity sensor for DP, It blocks the flow or gives the alarm when the limit value of DP is reached.
